The LG V40 ThinQ, a high-end smartphone with three cameras at the back, is now available in the United States. The device costs 749 euros and is temporarily delivered with a free speaker, who has Google Assistant support.
According to a new rumor, the new flagship of LG, presumably called the LG G8 ThinQ, will be presented on February 24th. That would mean that the smartphone comes much earlier in the year than its predecessor, the LG G7 ThinQ.
The LG V40 ThinQ will be released in the Netherlands in early February, but if you decide to buy the smartphone you have to wait a long time for an Android Pie update. With that, LG is far behind many other manufacturers.
LG G8 has ambitious plans for its next flagship. Next month, the company may introduce a new Android smartphone with the second screen.
While Samsung, Huawei, OnePlus and others have already released several Android Pie updates, LG is still in the starting blocks. Now it appears that most updates from LG still take a while.
