Google would have been working for some time on these cheap variants of the Pixel 3. Originally they leaked out under the name ‘Pixel 3 Lite’ and ‘Pixel 3 XL Lite’, but it seems that the search giant is now opting for Pixel 3A. Both devices have a design that strongly resembles the regular Pixel 3, but with hardware that is less powerful.
The Google Pixel 3a has, according to the source, a 5.6 inch OLED screen, with a resolution of 2220 by 1080 pixels. The device has a battery capacity of 3000 mAh and 64GB storage space. The Pixel 3a is equipped with a Snapdragon 670 chipset and 4GB memory, which makes it slightly less smooth than the Pixel 3 with Snapdragon 845 chipset. The device has a single 12-megapixel camera on the back and an 8-megapixel camera on the front.
The Google Pixel 3a XL has, according to the source, a slightly larger screen of 6 inches, but otherwise almost the same specifications. This device is also probably equipped with a Snapdragon 670 chipset and some cameras on both sides. Both smartphones also have pressure sensors in the side, just like the Pixel 3. The United States release uncertain
