Huawei this week with the P30 and P30 Pro, but a Lite version was not announced. The device has now surfaced in various countries, including Canada, and is already pre-ordering Huawei P30 Lite in Canada. This reports Android Central.
Huawei P30 Lite in Canada Pre-order, but not here yet
Huawei has not yet announced the P30 Lite for the Benelux, but this seems to have happened in Canada and the Philippines. The smartphone is already mentioned on the Canadian website of Huawei, and the information is even given about a pre-order promotion. The offer runs until 10 April, indicating that the P30 Lite will be available in stores soon. Unfortunately, this says little about the release in the Netherlands for the time being. However, it is likely that Huawei will soon come with an official announcement.
The Huawei P30 Lite looks a lot like its more expensive brothers, the P30 and P30 Pro on the outside, but has a screen with thicker edges and less powerful hardware. The phone is equipped with a Kirin 710 chip with 6GB RAM and 128GB of storage space. There is also a 3350 mAh battery under the hood. At the rear is a triple camera (24 + 8 + 2 megapixels), which is a regular lens, ultra-wide lens and a depth sensor for portrait photos. The fingerprint scanner is also on the back.
Furthermore, the P30 Lite has Android 9.0 (Pie), a 32-megapixel selfie camera and a 6.15-inch screen with a full HD resolution and small notch. How much the smartphone will cost is still unclear, but rumors speak of a suggested retail price of 369 euros. Its predecessor, the P20 Lite, appeared in United States stores with the same price.
