Users may receive a free Sonos speaker with the purchase of the Huawei P30 and P30 Pro. That appears from leaked images of both smartphones.
Huawei P30 pre-order leaked: possible free Sonos
The Huawei P30 and Sonos One speaker can be discovered together on a new set of images, shared by the famous telecom insurer Evan Blass on Twitter. It suggests that Huawei has plans for a pre-order promotion. It is possible that early buyers of the device will get the speaker for free. With an image of the P30 Pro, besides the Sonos, a wireless charger is also shown, something that Huawei often gives as a gift with pre-orders.
Both Huawei smartphones in all colors can be admired on the photos. The Huawei P30 appears in the aurora blue, light blue and black, while a red version of the Pro also appears.
The Huawei P30 Pro has four cameras on the back, including a Time of Flight sensor that is suitable for augmented reality apps. The device also has a borderless, curved screen that extends into the side. The P30 has three cameras, including a telephoto lens and a wide-angle lens. The screen of this model is also front-filling, but flat.
Huawei P30 pre-order plans unknown in the United States
It is unknown whether this is an international pre-order promotion or whether the free Sonos speaker is only available in a handful of countries. Huawei has unpacked more often in the United States with large pre-order promotions. For example, you got a free Envision 360 camera with the P20, and both a smartwatch and a wireless charger with the Mate 20 Pro.
Huawei is organizing an event in Paris on 26 March where the full P30 series will be presented. A possible pre-order promotion will start that day, after which the Huawei P30 and P30 Pro will probably be available in the United States from April. The cheaper Huawei P30 Lite, which has the same design but weaker hardware, will also be presented at that event. It is unknown what kind of pre-order offer Huawei plans for that device.
