About the V40 ThinQ
The LG V40 ThinQ appeared in October last year in several countries, but a release in the United States then remained. It is also remarkable that the phone now appears here, as later this month the LG G8 will probably be presented at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
In addition, the phone has the Snapdragon 845 chip, while we will soon see the first smartphones with the Snapdragon 855. Furthermore, the V40 ThinQ runs on Android 8.1 (Oreo), while Pie is available for months. LG would plan to update the V40 sometime between April and June.
What is unique about the V40 is that the phone has no less than five cameras: three on the back and a dual front camera (8 + 5 megapixels). On the back is a primary 12-megapixel sensor with an aperture of f / 1.5 and optical image stabilization, a telephoto lens to zoom in and a 16-megapixel wide-angle lens for panorama photographs. The smartphone also features a 6.4-inch QHD screen (3120 by 1440 pixels), 6 GB RAM, 128 GB storage and 3300 mAh battery with support for fast and wireless charging.
