Samsung unveils the Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10 Pro possibly on 10 August. The flagships will be in stores later that month for an as yet unknown price, Samsung Galaxy Note 10 release date.
Samsung Galaxy Note 10 release date announced
The rumor mill around the Galaxy Note 10 is in full swing and this time ETNews is making a contribution. An anonymous source says in conversation with the South Korean website that Samsung will announce the new flagship on 10 August. This is a day later than its predecessor. The Galaxy Note 9 was unveiled on August 9, 2018.
This year, Samsung is releasing two versions of the flagship, the source said. In addition to the regular Note 10, a more powerful Note 10 Pro also appears. ETNews does not write about a Galaxy Note 10e, which was previously described as a cheaper alternative to the ‘regular’ Note 10. The specific release date is not given, but the Note 10 will probably be released later in August.
Furthermore, the source confirms earlier rumors about the cameras of the new flagship. The Note 10 would have a triple camera on the back with a camera hole in the center of the screen on the front. The Pro version would even have four cameras on the back.
25 Watt fast charging
And the rumors about the new Samsung flagship don’t end there. According to Max Weinbach, usually a reliable tech journalist, the Note can ‘only’ charge 25 Watt fast. This is a disappointment compared to the previously predicted power of 45 watts.
However, this does not mean that Samsung does not use super-fast charging technology. According to Weinbach, 45 Watt fast charging is reserved for the Galaxy A90. This device was previously described by sources as an affordable alternative to the Galaxy S10, with comparable hardware but a lower price tag.
About the Galaxy Note 10
The Samsung Galaxy Note would have a 6.3-inch screen, while the Note 10 Pro will be equipped with a larger 6.7-inch display, as revealed by previously surfaced renders. The S Pen is stored at the bottom, but a headphone connection seems to be missing. The smartphone may be equipped with an Exynos 9820 chip, 128 GB storage and a maximum of 12 GB RAM.
